Who does this application cover?

Any student grades 13-14 who lives in Idaho, Oregon and Washington can use this form to apply for a computer once a year. Students grades 13-14 use this form, while state schools and nonprofits go here and K-12 go here. Our program is not income based, so everyone who applies for a computer will get one.

How much for a computer?

Desktops are $185 and Laptops are $250.

How do I pay the processing fee?

For the online application, the provided email will be sent an invoice. The invoice can be paid with credit card or bank transfer (No Apple Pay). You can pay with cash, money order, credit card or check if you mail or email in the pdf application.

What do I need to complete the application?

You need a copy of your student ID, info about your college and yourself to complete the application.

K12 Application

Who does this application cover?

Any student grades K-12 who live in Idaho, Oregon and Washington can use this form to apply for a computer once a year. Students K-12 use this form, while state schools and nonprofits go here and grades 13-14 go here. Our program is not income based, so every child who applies for a computer will get one.

How much for a computer?

Desktops are $65 and Laptops are $130. Laptops are available for grades 9-12. A grant of up to $65 is available for those who receive assistance from an Intergovernmental Organization (IGO).

What counts for an IGO Grant?

The following are examples of IGO's that would qualify: participation in a free lunch program, Medicaid, etc . To qualify for a grant, you must upload and attach a copy of proof of IGO assistance to the form. Examples of proof include: a letter from the school that you are in the free lunch program, copy of a Medicaid card, etc. If in doubt, contact us.

How do I pay the processing fee?

For the online application, the parent/guardian email will be sent an invoice. The invoice can be paid with bank transfer or credit card (No Apple Pay). You can pay with cash, money order, credit card or check if you mail/email a pdf application.

What all do I need for the online application?

You need to be ready with a copy of your IGO proof (if trying for a grant), info about the student and info about the parent/guardian. The student receiving the computer will need to write an essay on why they need a computer and how it will help their education. You can attach the essay with the online application or you can bring it to distribution. If the child is unable to write an essay, a card or drawing will be acceptable.

State schools and nonprofits located in Idaho, Oregon and Washington can use this form to apply for a computer once a year. Our program is not income based, so everyone who applies for a computer will get one. State schools and nonprofits use this form, while students grades 13-14 go here and grades K-12 go here.

How much for a computer?

Desktops are $185 and laptops are $250. If you apply for 10 or more desktops/laptops, desktops are $85 and laptops are $125.
