Once you receive your system, it is yours to keep! We are a Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher, we only build and computers with the latest version of Windows. Every computer given has been rebuilt by our team of trained professionals. We do not know how many hours have been put on the batteries of laptops, but we are happy to make suggestions. We do ask that computers coming in for service do not have a password on them if we need to get into the system, or we will have to charge a $50 reprogramming fee. Surge protectors are the best way to guard against electrical discharge that may damage the computer and can be requested in the application.
